Music Production Masterclass Guidelines
Project File Preparation
• All individual audio tracks (stems)
• Clearly named files (Kick, Bass, Lead, Vocal, etc.)
• No missing audio files or samples
This ensures the session can be imported correctly and avoids delays in the mixing process.
Audio Export Settings
Export all audio tracks as:
WAV – 44.1 kHz / 24-bit
Please make sure that:
• All stems start at the same point in the timeline
• No tracks are normalized
• There is no clipping on individual channels
• All files are exported in full length
This allows the mix session to align perfectly.
Effects and Processing
If you have creative effects that are essential to the sound of the track (for example special delays, reverbs or sound design), you can leave them on the track.
However, please remove heavy limiting or clipping on individual channels unless it is part of the sound design.
When in doubt, you can also include:
• a processed version
• a clean version
Reference Track
If you have a specific sound in mind, you can include one or two reference tracks.
This helps us understand the direction of the mix in terms of:
• tonal balance
• energy
• stereo width
• overall vibe
Reference tracks are used as guidelines, not for copying
Project Delivery
Please send your files via a file transfer service such as:
• WeTransfer
• Dropbox
• Google Drive
After the mix is completed, you will receive:
• The final stereo mix
• Optional instrumental version (if requested)
Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround time is 2–5 business days, depending on the complexity of the project and current workload.
If you need a faster delivery, please contact us in advance to check availability.
After the mix is completed, you will receive:
• The final stereo mix
• Optional instrumental version (if requested)
Pre-Master Requirements
Please deliver your pre-master as a WAV file in 44.1 kHz / 24-bit resolution.
Leave at least 3–6 dB of headroom on the master channel to allow proper processing during mastering.
Important: Submit the entire pre-master, including any reference stems or rough mixes, so we fully understand the intended sound and arrangement of your track. This helps ensure the final master reflects your artistic vision.
Please make sure the master channel does not contain limiters, maximizers or clipping. This ensures the best possible mastering result.
Avoid sending MP3 or other compressed formats, as they reduce the audio quality and limit the mastering process.
Stem Delivery (if required)
If stem mastering or mix adjustments are required, please export the stems as WAV files in 44.1 kHz / 24-bit.
All stems should:
• start at the exact same point in the timeline
• be exported without normalization
• contain no clipping or distortion
• be clearly named and organized
This ensures the stems align perfectly when imported into the session.
Metadata Information
To ensure the correct delivery of your track, please include the following information:
• Artist name
• Track title
• Version (Original Mix, Radio Edit, Extended Mix, etc.)
• ISRC code (if available)
• Label name (if applicable)
Providing this information helps ensure the correct metadata is included in the final master.
Delivery Format
Your final master will be delivered as:
WAV – 44.1 kHz / 24-bit or higher
If you require additional formats such as 16-bit WAV, AIFF, or other export versions, these can be delivered upon request.
Additional formats are available for an extra fee of €12 per format.
Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround time is 2–5 business days, depending on the complexity of the project and current studio workload.

Why Music Production Isn’t a Fixed Price
Every track is different.
Different vision, different sound, different level of work.
Some artists only need a small push to finish their record.
Others need full production, sound design, arrangement, mixing, and mastering.
That’s why serious music production can’t be sold like a template product with a fixed price.
The truth is simple:
The more detail, quality, and impact you want, the more time and expertise it requires.
Producers who offer “cheap fixed prices” usually cut corners.
And that’s often the reason tracks never reach their real potential.
If you’re serious about your music, the best way is simple:
Tell me what you want to achieve, and I’ll create a custom quote based on your vision.
Because great music isn’t mass-produced.
It’s built.
